Welcome to Westcountry Landlords Association

Welcome to Westcountry Landlords Association website.  We are a not for profit organisation run by landlords for landlords.  Based in Plymouth, we represent landlords throughout the westcountry from Bristol, through Gloucestshire and Devon, to the far west of Cornwall.

The first and only landlord association in the UK to offer a unique 24/7 emergency helpline to members. Having a committee with over 100 years experience collectively, we are able to deal with your queries swiftly and professionally.

We hope you will find our website useful and informative.  If you have any ideas for services you think would benefit local landlords or have some feedback regarding this site, please let us know by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
