agents and managers. The event is organised by Westcountry Landlords
Association. The event is paid for by event sponsors and exhibitors. The
aim of the event is to provide free information and access to useful
resources for landlords in the private rented sector.
There is no need to book seminars in advance or on the day. As the seminar room has enough space to accommodate everyone who wishes to attend (Approx 30 max).
No, you do not have to register in advance in order to attend the Expo although we request you register at the registration desk on the day both for safety reasons and enable you to enter a free prize draw. The event is there to provide you with up-to-date information on the private rented sector and we aim to place no barriers between you and that information.

No. You can attend as many seminars throughout the day as you like. We try and organise the seminar timetable so that you will have a chance to hear all the different speakers, but this is not always possible. By attending the seminars entitles you to apply for a free Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificate to go towards accreditation.
Yes. There will be free tea, coffee and orange and water for delegates
throughout the day. Also lunch/buffet vouchers for booking an exhibition stand.
