A visitor pack is a bag handed to every
visitor on arrival.
- The Visitor Pack sponsor will will be able to
place their information in the bag and display a roll
up banner at the visitor registration area.

Refreshments are provided to visitors on
arrival from 12 noon.
- A banner thanking the refreshment sponsor will be
placed next to the refreshments.
- The refreshment sponsor will be listed in the
Visitor Guide, on the Expo website and will also be
able to place information in the Visitor Pack.

One seminar room (Green Room) will be used
during the day for the seminar subjects.
- Sponsorship of a seminar room will result in the
room being additionally named with your company name
and advertised on the website, Visitor Guide and
posters within the venue.
- Seminar Room sponsor will also be able to display
a roll up banner in the seminar room throughout the
day.
